A nonprofit organization devoted to promoting the philosophy, practices, and culture of Taoism in the New York area and beyond.
We provide regular teachings, classes, meditation sessions, ritual services, community events, as well as arts and cultural workshops.
Our mission is to use Taoist wisdom to help people improve their lives, discover a calmer and better version of themselves, and gain insight into
the fundamental wisdom of the universe.
We welcome Taoist priests, practitioners of related arts, and anyone who is interested in Taoist culture, cultivation, or study to JOIN US!
Taoist Cultural Studies Program
We offer a free introductory course open to everyone interested in exploring Taoist philosophy and culture.
This program is designed for all learners seeking to understand the essence of Taoism. We are committed to providing a comprehensive, in-depth, and engaging learning experience, guiding you into the profound and expansive world of Taoism.
Core Practices: Morning/Evening Liturgy, Rituals, Talismans, Meditation & Taiji.
Divination & Geomancy: Yijing Divination and Feng Shui.
History & Pantheon: Taoist historical development and deity stories.
Philosophy & Classics: Core concepts, Yin-Yang/5 Phases theory, and classic texts.
